When it comes to investing money, “past performance is no guarantee of future results.” When it comes to investing in you, how do you inspire your own professional growth and avoid “same old, same old” results each year?

Let’s talk about implementing a self-review that enables you to:

• Keep your resume updated
• Identify your skill gaps
• Determine which are relevant
• Create a plan to fill gaps and grow your career.

This will be a facilitated discussion where you share your challenges and ideas to help others tackle theirs. Bring your questions and tips!

About the facilitator:

Laurie Barnett has been an Embedded Performance Consultant and Training Developer for the past two and a half years at NTT Services, formerly Dell Services. As a result of her job searches for her last two jobs, she developed the Career Development SIG as a way to help others conduct their own job searches and/or career progression more effectively.
