How important are negotiating skills for today’s job seeker? Critical! Most job seekers choose not to negotiate, which is a big mistake. This interactive session is focused on combining the theory of effective negotiations with the application of implementing successful negotiating strategies. Participants will learn:
• Six essential skills of effective negotiators
• The two most important negotiation keys
• Understanding the Totals Rewards Package
When it comes to career negotiations, you don’t get what you want or need – you get what you learn how to negotiate for.

Who: All members of Dallas ATD are welcome to attend any SIG any time. All non-members, please feel free to join us for up to 2 sessions at a SIG. After 2 sessions, to provide ongoing chapter support to the SIG, you will be expected to join Dallas ASTD by paying the annual dues of $115. Questions?
