Interview So You Will Be Heard

- What aspects of an interview can I control as I interview?
We’ll discuss these and talk about what being heard will look like.
Interested applicants will also receive complimentary access to an online assessment that will assist them with interviews future interviews and professional performance.
Bart Castle has been involved with human capital management, including talent development for more than 30 years. He was originally introduced to the field via Operations in a retail supermarket chain, His current work is as founder of BetterBossU, an entity devoted to increasing the lasting impact and measurable results achieved by entry through mid-level managers and organizations.
In addition, Bart is a frequent speaker in a variety of contexts, including national seminars, industry conferences and programs for local associations and chambers of commerce. His speaking is centered primarily on employment law and performance management issues. Known for his humor and sometimes unorthodox approach to even highly technical topics, Bart was described by one participant as, “The only speaker (she’d heard) who could make overtime calculations enjoyable.”
Bart’s emphasis is on developing processes and communication patterns, which increase accountability and personal responsibility, challenge bureaucratic assumptions and engage individuals at all levels in the achievement of personal and organizational goals.
