Come join us for next SIG meeting. This will be dinner meeting has a table topics discussion format with a group of learning and talent management professionals interesting in supporting sales organizations.

Bob Britton will lead our discussion and share his experiences with sales, sales leadership, and sales training.

• What are the challenges of moving an individual contributor to a leadership role?  
• How is the selling process today both a science and an art?

Bob Britton, Director of Sales Training at Dell Services in Plano, TX has led sellers, led global training groups, and trained on six continents (hasn’t made it to Antarctica – yet). He is currently heading up the development of a global sales force.  His passion is to help others find that balance of art and science in sales that makes them successful.
