Heather Richter is the Sr. Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development at PepsiCo; she currently supports Global Procurement & Global Operations. Her key work projects include leading the Accelerating Talent Program designed to quickly develop our key high-potential talent, implementing the PepsiCo succession planning process, delivering team interventions/coaching leaders, and liaising with the enterprise Centers of Excellence. She has been working at PepsiCo for almost 6 years, previously leading the development and build out of Sales College, which is part of PepsiCo University. Sales College houses global eLearnings and instructor-led offerings designed to increase competency and prepare Sales Associates to develop their career at PepsiCo as part of the Global Sales Career Framework. She lives in McKinney with her husband Matt, two crazy dogs, and two crazier daughters, Peyton (4) and Finley (3).
Registration closes at 12pm the Monday before the event. $10 increase in price for onsite registrations.
