Pizza Hut had an exceptional blended training program for Team Members – by 2008 standards.  When the team was challenged to re-imagine the program for 2015, they considered the primarily Millennial Team Member population and made the call to gamify learning.  We invite you to participate in this interactive session and learn about Pizza Hut’s journey into gamification.  Themes include:

• Evaluating the results

Presenter:  Amy Gingrich, Senior Manager of Training Development at Pizza Hut®

Amy has been in the Training and Development space throughout her career, working in the IT, airline catering, and healthcare industries before joining Yum! Brands, then Pizza Hut.  Amy has been with Plano-based Pizza Hut since 2013. The Pizza Hut US restaurant system consists of 6,300 restaurants, which employ more than 150,000 team members.
