About the facilitator:

Jo West is a Human Resources Business Partner who is a trusted advisor. She facilitates training, develops talent and is a change agent champion. Jo has spent most of her HR career training and coaching employees at various levels. She has successfully done this workshop around the Greater Memphis area and now she is sharing it with the DFW metroplex.
