TD Dallas Community here’s your chance to PAY IT FORWARD!
Donate your wisdom and insights. Pay it forward and help Komen reach their BOLD Goal to reduce the number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the US by 2026.
Join us for an Open Space Discussion in support of Susan G. Komen, a locally-based, non-profit organization leading the way funding groundbreaking breast cancer research, community health initiatives and advocacy programs in local communities across the U.S. and in more than 30 countries.
Deanna Preece, Komen’s Director of Training is our gracious host for TD Dallas’ May meeting and will present the challenges faced in designing and executing effective development programs in the nonprofit world. Like many non-profits, Komen has a training army of ONE!
Bring your ideas and come prepared to collaborate solving the unique challenges faced by Komen and other non-profits when it comes to designing and executing excellent training and talent development. Pay it forward by sharing best practices and solutions that can be adapted for smaller training teams.
Raul Trevino, Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will facilitate our Open Space Discussion.
