About the facilitator:


Ann Lovett Baird has 25 years’ experience as a learning and development consultant. Founder of Lovett Consulting Group, Ann’s firm designs and develops custom learning interventions and helps people write books. Ann’s analytical abilities as a businessperson and writing skills enable her to help clients determine what content and activities will achieve learning goals. Her ability to organize concepts and craft a message enable her to serve clients who she helps write books.


Ann has a business degree in finance and accounting, which has served her well in starting, tracking and maintaining her business.
