Personal branding is only half the challenge. You also need to get your message out to the right audiences, whether you are a freelancer, job seeker, or established professional. This session will help you define your brand and develop a marketing plan to gain your next client, job or promotion.
You will actually begin to craft your personal brand and marketing plan to promote that brand. Be ready to put pen to paper! Ideally, bring a printout of your LinkedIn Profile for reference.
• Define your personal brand using the guidelines and tools provided
• Create a marketing plan to promote your personal brand
• Establish metrics to measure success and identify when modifications are needed
About the facilitator:
Lynne McNamee is the president of Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency. She has managed marketing campaigns for companies such as Avis, HP, and Bank of America. As the marketing director for Bluewater, Consultants for Learning, Talent, and Human Capital Management, she helped them double leads in eight months and contributed towards 4x revenue growth in eighteen months.
Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency, which Lynne founded in 2008, specializes in strategy, plans, processes, and tactical execution of marketing programs for B2B companies, especially in the L&D space. The agency is a recent SWLS sponsor.
