About the facilitator: Todd Strosnider, President of StroJo
For nearly 20 years, Todd has focused his career on developing leaders and teams through innovative programs, tools and systems. He has built and led teams responsible for executing the learning and development strategy for over 10,000 employees.
Before forming his own consultancy, Todd served on the Executive Team of a large, multi-national community association firm based in Dallas, Texas. Todd and his team introduced a company-wide performance management process, high-potential leadership development programs and career development pathways
Todd spent his earlier career in various roles within the Human Resources function. He prides himself on successfully implementing new programs and processes in various industries from retail to healthcare and financial services.
