Just like shoes and pants, certifications are not a One-Size-Fits-All kind of thing. We all have different talents, abilities and goals. In Talent Development, we often look for ways to personalize learning for others but miss the mark when it comes to our own personal development. This session will give you some time to reflect, plan, and use the tools we all know and love to determine our path forward in 2020.
In this engaging session, you will discover:
- Your “why”
- The difference in a certificate and certification
- What makes the most sense for you at this point in your journey
- Where to get more information
Then, you will create your own learning plan for 2020.
Let’s ditch the one-size-fits-all mentality and see what fits for you!
