The New Year is fast approaching and with it comes many emotions including excitement and intrigue of what it will bring. It’s possible that many times we may be faced with more questions than answers. To make 2021 F.O.R. you we have to plan to successfully navigate obstacles and make the most of opportunities. There are a few key steps to take in creating forward momentum and proven skills each of us have that we can use to strengthen ourselves and reinforce our plans. These skills come from over 25 years of scientific research into emotional intelligence and have proven to be very effective when put into practice. Engaging exercises, breakout sessions, and group discussion leading to actionable takeaways will help make 2021 F.O.R. you as we explore the EQ skills of Flexibility, Optimism, and Reality Testing!

Ed and Chris Hennessy
Ed and Chris Hennessy are the husband and wife team of Leadership Call, LLC. Their company is a Training Partner in the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ360, Pearman Personality Integrator and Hardiness Resilience Gauge with Multi-Health Systems (MHS). Over the last decade they have provided Emotional Intelligence Certification, Workshops, EQ Coaching and Presentations to hundreds of clients including 25 countries around the globe. Their clients include organizations and industries such as: NFL, Technology, Finance, Consumer Packaged Goods, Transportation & Logistics, Oil & Gas, Medical/Pharmaceutical, Colleges & Universities, Government & Military, and Federal Law Enforcement.
Ed is a U.S. Army Veteran and also has 13+ years Executive Recruitment experience working nationally with Fortune 1000 companies. Chris leads the workshop operations and program curriculum creation for client in-house leader development and certification programs. She has over 15 years corporate event operations management and 5 years recruitment experience.
