In this session, you will:

  • Ask yourself key questions about the pandemic implications on your career
  • Explore career strategies for success
  • Learn to take one step forward to advance your career

About the facilitator:

Kathy Murphy is a seasoned organizational development leader and a credentialed professional and career coach. Her love is foremost “bringing out the best in people” and leverages that brand while driving high levels of engagement and fostering a positive employee experience for a large academic healthcare institution. She is a long-time member, advocate, and past board member of ATD. Kathy earned her master’s in Human Relations from Amberton University. When not working, she would love to see you across the net on the tennis court! Her volley is her strength!

Getting Ready:

1. Use the Zoom app on your mobile phone, connected to a 4G network for the best possible experience. Or use a computer or tablet connected to WiFi, making sure you have a stable connection with good bandwidth for a streaming video/audio connection.

2. If you plan to use a computer for the video AND a phone for the audio, make sure you mute the audio features on one of your devices to avoid disruptive audio feedback/noise.

3. Come prepared to join in the discussion!

Come and network with your fellow ATD members and colleagues. We look forward to being together (in a remote way!)
