Meet your hosts from The Comedy Arena

Von Daniel Von entered this great big world on a hot summer day in Brooklyn, New York and the world got a little brighter, more colorful and a whole lot funnier. In 2000 he jumped onstage and grabbed the microphone to try his hand at performing stand-up comedy. Von joined ComedySportz Dallas in 2002. When ComedySportz Dallas closed in 2008, Von formed his own comedy company Locked Out Productions, LLC and a new troupe called, Locked Out Comedy. In April of 2017 Von opened his own comedy club called, The Comedy Arena located in McKinney, Texas. Today you can find him there teaching, laughing and playing pretend with his friends.

Jared Berger Jared has been performing improv since 2009 with Troupes Locked OUT Comedy and Internationally renowned ComedySportz. He’s studied with many great comedy institutions including Dallas Comedy House, Annoyance Theatre, Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and The Second City. Today, Jared co-owns The Comedy Arena, a comedy club in downtown McKinney with Von Daniels. In addition to coaching, teaching and performing comedy, Jared was last seen hosting and performing in the City of Irving’s Laughs by the Lake comedy show.
