2. Gain insight into how your “default system” informs your leadership

Fiona Macleod is currently Director of Learning and Development at Interstate Batteries, where she is working on a vision for leadership development and performance as a key competitive differentiator for her company.
Prior to this role, Fiona was Director of Talent Development at Southwest Airlines and Director of Workforce Strategy at Baylor Health Care System.  Her career has taken her across multiple industries – energy, healthcare, and airline – and multiple disciplines from strategic planning through employment branding, performance management, and executive coaching. Fiona’s work has also spanned continents, beginning in her native Glasgow, Scotland.
