Overview: Lisa Holmes and her team will discuss best practices for using single source publishing to create award-winning documentation, training and support solutions for Thomson Reuters Checkpoint software users. They will describe how Thomson Reuters applied Dr. Conrad Gottfredson’s and Bob Mosier’s Five Moments of Need model. The team will show the integrated components of the software and demonstrate their comprehensive approach to meeting learner needs. Their approach leverages different technologies while ensuring that the training and support converge transparently for the ideal user experience.
