About the Presenter:

Ebony Cephus currently serves as Training Manager at TDIndustries where she is responsible for continually progressing the learning process for the company. She has certifcations from DiSC, Franklin Covey, and Hearstyles as well as over 13 years of experience in workshop facilitation, leadership, and character development career coaching. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Ebony is described as spirited, lively, and zestful by those she has coached and trained.
