BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Come celebrate with us as we close out 2022 with food, fun, and learning at Top Golf!!
First, we will kick the evening off at 5:30. A full fajita dinner with soft drinks, tea, and water will be provided. Adult beverages can be purchased, if desired.
During our program from 6:00-7:00pm, we will introduce the 2023 ATD Dallas Board members then hear from two top-level leaders at Exeter Finance in a lively and insightful moderated conversation about development and culture in an organization. We will discuss their perspective on the value of learning within an organization, the importance of and strategies for leadership development, and how they created and maintain a positive company culture that actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Finally, we’ll close out the evening playing Top Golf in reserved bays from 7:00-9:00 pm. We hope you’ll join us for all the food, fun and learning!
ABOUT THE PANELISTS
Michelle Whatley joined Exeter Finance in June 2016 as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a seasoned human resources executive with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Exeter Finance, Michelle served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Santander Consumer USA. Prior to that role, she served as EVP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources Information Systems. She also functioned as Payroll Manager for Drive Financial prior to her experience at Santander. Michelle attended Midwestern State University and received her Professional Human Resources certification in 2009.
Stacey Giles serves as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, for Exeter Finance. Prior to joining Exeter, Stacey served five years in progressively responsible Human Resources leadership roles at Pacific Union Financial. Previously, she served seven years as Vice President of Human Resources at Goldman Sachs and six years in recruiting and HR management roles at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company. Stacey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management at the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Behavior at The University of Texas at Dallas.
