BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Come join other learning professionals to share best practices for using the ADDIE model. It is a chance to leverage the design model to ensure project success, maintain the project scope, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Cathy Howard currently works with ADI Global as a Sales Enablement Learning Manager. She has spent several years working with cross functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, and Human Resources to launch learning programs and design content. Projects include new hire onboarding, sales enablement, sales training, and launching of new products and business processes. She is a long time member of the ATD Dallas Chapter serving many past roles to support professional development of the local chapter members.
