BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Solving today’s talent and organization challenges requires data-driven decision making, innovation and agility. According to LinkedIn’s 2023 Workplace Learning Report – Building The Agile Future, “L&D puts people and skills at the center of organization success. This moment requires agility, and L&D can lead the way.” Agility is the future. Agile is a collaborative approach to solving problems that puts the customer at the center and empowers teams to design sustainable solutions with speed, creativity and flexibility.
The objectives of this session are to explore the:
- HR operating model of the future
- Emerging role of agile business consultants
- Components of agile project management
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Sandy Robinson is a business consultant at Thomson Reuters, the most trusted provider of unbiased news and information, as well as software tools, products and services for professional in the legal, tax and accounting, compliance, government and media segments. Sandy leads enterprise projects aligned to Thomson Reuters’ strategic priorities using agile frameworks. - Please park on the south side of the building in the huge parking lot, and use the south entrance to access the building.
- Do not use the small visitor lot or entrance in the front of the building that faces Midway to the east.
