BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Join us to learn how to successfully implement coaching as a core element of your talent development strategy. During this session, you will learn how to identify the values, norms, and behaviors that can create a coaching mindset utilizing specific best-practices that will spread throughout your organization. Discover how organizations are using peer-group coaching in a safe space to bring about enhanced performance.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Dr. Derek Crews is a Professor of Management at Texas Woman’s University and a talent development consultant. Dr. Crews earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration at the University of North Texas, his doctorate in Business Education at Nova Southeastern University, and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Institute for Management and Leadership in Education. He is a certified Master Trainer for AchieveGlobal and Development Dimensions International, and is a certified trainer for Extended DISC. He has published numerous articles and is the author of two textbooks, Mastering Human Resource Management and Principles of Talent Development, both published by FlatWorld.
