BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Join us for an enlightening session with the Learning and Leadership Institute at Children’s Health to learn how they transformed their learning culture. Pamela Guillory, Director of Enterprise Learning, will share the Children's Health journey to a more engaged and self-directed learning culture and how strategy transformed the learning ecosystem. Featuring examples and excerpts from some of the organization's award-winning learning solutions, the discussion is sure to ignite creativity and strategy in your own work.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Pamela Guillory is a career Learning and Development professional with over 15 years of experience in Adult Learning and secondary education. She holds a master’s degree in instructional design from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Rhetoric from Marquette University. Throughout her career, Pamela has successfully facilitated, designed, and executed numerous learning programs, including a comprehensive redesign of Children’s Health’s New Employee Onboarding Program, new cultural initiatives, systems and LMS upgrades. As a leader, she oversees a talented team of instructional designers, training consultants, multimedia professionals, and learning technology specialists, all dedicated to creating engaging, empowering, and effective learning experiences.
