Speaker: Dr. John Scott – Head of Learning & Design Strategy at MasterClass at Work

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Join us and our colleagues from ATD Fort Worth, along with Dr. John Scott from MasterClass at Work, to learn how to build a culture of creative problem solvers in the age of AI. To survive and thrive in a world of accelerated technological disruption, organizations need to build an innovation culture where employees at all levels are equipped with the skills to be creative problem solvers. For L&D professionals, a key challenge in the current moment is identifying and building the skills and mindsets employees need in order to leverage Generative AI tools to unlock powerful new ways of creative problem solving. This session will explore five key traits and behaviors of innovative disruptors, and showcase practical ways to use Generative AI tools to amplify creative thinking and problem solving. We’ll examine why learning through storytelling is a powerful way to develop creative thinking skills, and learn first-hand through the stories and insights of a diverse collection of luminaries and changemakers how to build a culture of innovation at an organization.
