ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Chris Rodriguez - Sr. Manager of Learning
Chris brings nearly 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a career that’s taken him from Field Trainer to Instructional Designer and Program Manager. Along the way, he’s developed impactful content and built large-scale leadership training programs that drive results.
Constantly refining his skills, Chris is always building on the lessons learned from each program. He pushes the envelope by applying cutting-edge methodologies, integrating the latest technology, and measuring success in new ways. His passion for innovation keeps him at the forefront of transformative learning experiences.
