BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Although groups have been around for centuries, it has only been in recent decades that we have truly discovered the power of collective wisdom. What happens in small groups in multiple areas of our society has proven to be quite effective and, in some cases, quite powerful. Looking for your new adventure can be lonely and daunting so why go it alone? Let’s explore the value of conducting your job search in the context of a structured group process such as group coaching.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Participants will be able to:

• Recognize the 3 components of burnout and how to break the stress cycle
• Identify and cultivate their unique values and strengths and articulate the non-negotiables in their lives to establish and uphold boundaries
• Explore and implement practical tools to create a sustainable balance between career responsibilities and personal fulfillment.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Lyndi Zavy has fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, including serving as the COO of a healthcare organization and now as the founder of Rivers & Roads Organizational Development. She holds a bachelor’s in psychology, a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology, and a Professional HR Certification. Lyndi is active in her community and serves on several non-profit boards and committees. She and her husband have two hilarious kids, a beloved rescue dog, and a leopard gecko.
