Glenna Hecht of Humanistic Consulting is a subject matter expert on the subject of “Multi-Generations in the MarketPlace”.

She will specifically facilitate an interactive discussion as to learning a little about each generation and sharing with us how they learn and how we might adapt and modify our training to appeal to all of our audience in a way they can absorb the information.
