Neurodiversity in the Workplace: Should it still be on your radar in 2025?

Tuesday, April 15, 2025 / 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Speaker: Jeffrey Miller, Potentia Workforce

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Discover how embracing neurodivergent talent can transform your organization. Talent Development professionals play a critical role in shaping inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Roughly 25% of the U.S. population identifies as neurodivergent, yet nearly 40% of this talent pool remains unemployed. By intentionally integrating neurodivergent individuals into your workforce, you can unlock fresh perspectives, innovative problem-solving, and new approaches to learning and collaboration.

Organizations that embrace neurodiversity not only foster a culture of belonging but also see measurable benefits in recruitment, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. In a competitive talent market, forward-thinking companies are scaling neurodiversity initiatives to build agile, adaptable teams equipped to meet evolving business challenges.

Join us to explore how talent professionals can champion neurodiversity programs, design supportive learning environments, and empower all employees to thrive.

Key takeaways from this session include:

  • An overview of neurodiversity and its significance within workplace learning and culture.
  • Recognize key considerations for creating and sustaining neurodiversity initiatives.
  • Identify actionable strategies Talent Development professionals can implement to fully leverage neurodivergent talent and support continuous organizational growth.
