ATD Dallas ATD Fort Worth/Mid-Cities and are joining forces for an evening of fun at Chicken N Pickle in Grapevine — and you're invited!
Come meet Talent Development professionals from across the Metroplex in a relaxed, playful environment. Hit the pickleball courts or just hang out and enjoy the appetizers — no pressure to play if you’d rather network and watch!
Your ticket includes appetizers and pickleball play (paddles provided). Beverages are available for purchase separately. Bring your friends, your coworkers, or your family — everyone’s welcome!
Whether you’re looking to expand your network, reconnect with familiar faces, or just enjoy a casual night out, this is the perfect opportunity.
FACILITATOR:
Over the last 25+ years Shari has built a successful career centered around the things that are most near and dear to her: training, coaching, consulting, and moving organizations toward success. Professionally, there is no greater motivation for Shari than working with organizations who seek the tools and talent to improve performance.
Having contributed as both an internal employee and an external consultant, she experienced first-hand how difficult it could be for an organization to navigate the search to find the right resources for projects and assignments.
Shari decided, “What if I connect the dots between client needs and top talent?” and an entrepreneur and Optimal Training Solutions (OTS) was born in 2001. Today, OTS dramatically expedites the connection process, decreases the search time, and helps organizations find better matches than they could on their own.
When Shari’s not “connecting the dots” she enjoys spending time in Plano, Texas with her husband Michael and two adult daughters, Zoe and Maddy. Shari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Michigan.
