BRIEF DESCRIPTION

For years, the Southwest Learning Summit (SWLS) has been thoughtfully designed to deliver meaningful learning and real connection for talent development professionals across our community.

In 2026, ATD Dallas is deepening our People First commitment — and that means inviting you into the design process.

We are building this year’s summit with the community, not just for the community.

Join us for a two-hour, in-person co-creation experience where your voice will directly shape the topics, formats, and speakers featured at SWLS 2026. Through guided conversation and interactive design activities, you’ll collaborate with fellow L&D leaders to imagine the kind of experience you truly want to attend.

This evening includes:

• Connection and networking with fellow talent development professionals
• Light refreshments
• A facilitated workshop to shape this year’s summit content and experience

Come ready to share your ideas, challenge assumptions, and help create something meaningful for our entire community.

As a thank you for contributing your time and insight, participants will receive 20% off conference registration.

This session is limited to 30 participants and is first-come, first-served.

PARKING / ENTRY INFORMATION

Directions to the HDK Building, 2702 Love Field Dr. will guide you to a security checkpoint. Those who have not registered in advance will not be admitted through security. Let the security attendant know that you are attending the “ATD Dallas Chapter Event at Freedom Hall”. You MUST show your driver’s license and be registered to enter. You must have registered for the event prior to the event to be admitted. The security attendant will advise you where to park.

IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ADVANCE WITH SECURITY YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE BUILDING!
