BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Are you an early adopter of AI? Or, are you a learning professional who recognizes that our industry will be forever changed by this evolving technology? If so, you will want to join this group of like-minded Talent Development professionals who are excited about exploring the capabilities of AI in the learning space.
This month we are changing things up with a special guest speaker, Dr. David Swanagon, Editor in Chief of the Machine Leadership Journal.
The future of work requires leading machines, leading people who build machines, and leading organizations that adopt AI. On Friday, April 24 as we will discuss best practices for leading AI adoption within your organization.
Discussion topics will include:
• Prominent AI adoption frameworks.
• Human capital strategies that facilitate AI-Human collaboration.
• Tools that can help Talent Development Professionals launch and sustain an enterprise AI adoption program.
This session is designed to give you the tools needed to bridge the AI conversation between the CEO, CIO, and CHRO, including a survey template that you can use to develop a baseline score for your organization's AI readiness
Guest Speaker:
Columbia and Vanderbilt Universities, CIPD, GapGemini, and HRCI recognize Dr. Swanagon as a leading subject matter expert (SME) in AI adoption. He has been a keynote speaker at the HR Congress, Columbia Coaching Conference, and CWI Digital Transformation events in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. He has also appeared on the HR Leaders and People Managing People Podcasts. Dr. Swanagon was previously the Head of HR for Saudi Aramco's Technical Services Business Line. He currently advises organizations on their AI strategy and adoption programs, while serving as a part-time Professor of Management at the University of North Texas. He has filed multiple patents focusing on AI readiness and information processing.
