In this session, you will see how applying these insights can improve learning adoption by adjusting three levers in any rollout: messaging, pacing, and reinforcement, without customizing a different program for every person. Sheri will use clear examples to demonstrate how the insights translate into leadership development, coaching, and change initiatives. No astrology background required!
Objectives:
- Participants will be able to:
- Identify the core elements of an operating style and how it influences adoption and follow-through
- Recognize what changes under pressure, what can disrupt behavior change, and what support improves follow-through
- Apply a simple method for adjusting three levers in any rollout: messaging, pacing, reinforcement
- Use coaching prompts that strengthen manager conversations and accountability
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Sheri Moise is a business strategist and certified business astrologer with 25+ years of corporate sales and marketing experience. She helps leaders and teams understand how people make decisions, communicate, respond under pressure, and follow through, so new ideas, skills, and behaviors are easier to adopt and sustain.
Through her Success Planet System, Sheri brings an added layer of data to leadership development, coaching, and change adoption. Her astrology-based framework translates complex patterns into practical, plain-language insights organizations can use to improve messaging, pacing, and reinforcement without relying on one-size-fits-all approaches.
