The world of Learning & Development is constantly evolving—and so are the professionals who lead it. Join ATD Dallas for an engaging, unscripted conversation with members of our Board of Directors as they share their perspectives on today's L&D landscape, emerging trends, career growth, leadership, and the lessons they've learned along the way.
Bring your curiosity and questions as our panel explores what's shaping the future of talent development and offers practical insights you can apply to your own career.
Following the discussion, continue the conversation during an interactive networking session where you'll have the opportunity to connect with board members, committee leaders, and fellow professionals. Learn more about the many ways to engage with the ATD Dallas community, discover volunteer opportunities, and expand your professional network. Prizes will be awarded to those with the highest engagement throughout the evening!
Whether you're just beginning your L&D journey or are a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave with fresh ideas, meaningful connections, and inspiration for what's next.
Objectives:
- Compare Optimization and Recalibration Cultures and evaluate their organization's readiness for continuous adaptation.
- Explain the Permanent Beta mindset and its implications for the future of Learning and Development.
- Design at least one strategy for incorporating AI-enabled Learning Ingredients into the flow of work to create more agile and responsive learning experiences.
