Emotional Intelligence - The Hidden Driver of Career & Leadership Success
November 23, 2026
Facilitator: Danielle Eisenach-Reichel
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
What separates someone who is technically capable from someone others trust, notice and want to follow? Often, it's not another technical skill. It's emotional intelligence. In this practical and interactive session, participants will discover how EQ influences career growth, professional effectiveness and readiness to lead. Using the EQ-i 2.0 model as a framework, we'll explore how Self-Regard can influence confidence, resilience, visibility and willingness to grow, then put Decision Making skills such as Problem Solving, Reality Testing and Impulse Control into practice. Participants won't just learn about emotional intelligence. They'll have the opportunity to reflect, practice and identify one meaningful habit they can use over the next 30 days to strengthen their own EQ.
