AXIS Awards Application Process


Application Opens: April 1, 2026
Deadline: June 15, 2026


To apply for an AXIS Award, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register and Submit Payment

Begin by completing your registration and submitting payment based on your applicant type:

  • ATD Dallas Members: Complimentary

  • Non-Members: $75 per application

  • Vendors/Partners (submitting with a client): $200 per application


Step 2: Receive Application Link

Once your registration and payment have been completed, you will receive an email with a personalized link to access the application form.


Step 3: Complete and Submit Your Application

Use the link provided to complete the application. You may save your progress and return as needed before submitting. Be sure to review all responses for accuracy prior to final submission.


  • Please review the Details and FAQs for additional information before applying.
  • Applied previously?  Log in using your prior credentials or use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.  This could be different than your log into the ATD Dallas webpage.
  • First-timer?  Click the "New User" link to create your Username and Password.
  • Need to Work Offline on the Application?  Download the 2026 AXIS Awards Preparation Form after logging into the application site.


Please note: While filling out the application, at any point in time, you can save the application and complete it later.  There is a Save Progress button at the bottom of the form.  You can then return any time before the application deadline to finish and submit it.
