Is it sometimes difficult to get time with them, understand what they are saying or have them understand your requirements?

Come join us as Cathy Howard shares valuable best practices to work with technical subject matter experts. For those of us creating training on software, hardware, or other technical products, we know it is imperative that we work closely with many different technical product experts. Cathy will review helpful ways to set expectations and plan content, to ensure the best product can be produced with the minimum amount of time necessary from all involved. She will provide useful ideas on how to overcome challenges. And she will share her experiences about how best to meet the needs of the learner and the project team.

About presenter:

Cathy McCreedy Howard, CPLP is a senior instructional designer for sales operations for T-Mobile Business Markets. She collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Business Operations to design training. With over 10 years in Sales, she has a passion for helping techies "speak Sales." She has produced a variety of courses by coaching sales engineers, device OEMs, and other technical product experts to align to create effective training designs for a sales audience. In her free time, she helps job seekers tell a better story in a competitive market as the Founder of WeBuyUglyResumes.com.
