Are you looking to take your e-learning courses to the next level? Would you like to design courses that are effective and interesting? This session will provide you with steps you can take – immediately! – to improve your e-learning courses and earn rave evaluations.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• List the five most important questions to ask subject matter experts
• Describe the process for usability testing
• Identify tools and resources designers can use to enhance e-learning courses

About the presenter:

Kara Jones is an instructional designer for the Williams Companies, where she is the team lead for developing environmental, regulatory compliance, and leadership training. She has worked in the training field as a facilitator and designer for over 10 years. Her e-learning heroes are Cathy Moore, Ethan Edwards, and Tom Kuhlmann. When she’s not designing training, Kara enjoys baking, running, and watching HGTV.
