During this session Megan McKee and her Team of learning experts from Rent-a-Center will share best practices on how to utilize and manage multiple teams at each stage of the instructional design process. We’ll shake things up at this chapter meeting and get you up and moving! We will rotate through stations, each representing a stage in the instructional design process. You will walk away with tips and techniques on how to build and sustain partnerships across departments and teams to accomplish strategic operational goals. You don’t want to miss this action-packed chapter meeting!
Be prepared before the meeting to download a conference app, which will facilitate the case study and help us navigate from station to station. Being prepared before the meeting will allow us to make the most of our time together. More details to come closer to the meeting date.

Director of Training & Development
Megan McKee is currently the Director of Learning and Development for Rent-A-Center, where she oversees training and support for multiple lines of business in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico for over 20,000 employees. Formerly the director of Amplifi University at Amplifi Commerce and manager of education implementation and design quality for Children’s Health Dallas, Megan holds a PhD in Applied Technology Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas. She has presented at numerous learning conferences, and has published several articles. With her guidance Rent-A-Center has placed in the Training Top 125 for best learning organizations for three consecutive years.
