Did you know that many aspects of being an educator are closely related to the field of instructional design? The stretch between teaching in a classroom and training in the corporate world isn’t very far; even so, there are a few distinctions between the two that can be drawn. For instance, have you ever created a storyboard? In this session, I’ll share strategies with you that can help you create an interactive eLearning course that better supports your learners outside of the classroom.
In this session, we’ll discuss:
· Instructional design in a corporate setting
· How to create storyboards from the material that you’ve developed
· How to turn the storyboards into elearning to be shared online

- · Ensure conflict becomes productive and healthy versus draining and damaging
- · Focus on the results versus self-interest and politics
- · Create a competitive advantage and sets your organization apart
- · Eventually become “A Best Place to Work”
Join us for this interactive, engaging SIG where we will explore the behaviors that create a high performing team, give you practices to bring to your own organization and insight as to why this concept has been embraced and widely accepted around the world.
