5:30pm-7:30pm

Whether you are part of a professional services organization that participates in project-based work, such as Sendero Consulting, or you work in a different industry, your employees’ evolving needs and risk of burnout require unique talent initiatives. At Sendero, one of the major talent mobility programs is Growth Opportunity (GO) Planning. Through this, they aim to be intentional about providing their people with growth opportunities and to be proactive in preventing burnout.

The Sendero approach is to monitor employee engagement through conversation and collaboration between all levels in the organization. They encourage their employees to own their development, seize every opportunity, and utilize all communication channels to discuss their current situation and goals.

Sr. Director of Talent Management, Melody Mattox, and Sr Manager of Organizational Development, Jamie Cook, will walk you through the process they took to implement GO Planning at Sendero and equip you to leverage this experience at your own company.
