Innovation is one of the absolute necessities to business success, and one that is often left to chance. Without innovation, companies will quickly find themselves behind their competition and in front of a bankruptcy judge. So, what exactly is innovation, where does it come from in a company, and how can managers contribute to a company’s innovation? About the facilitator:

Bob Britton is a Founding Member and the Dallas Chapter President of the Sales Enablement Society (SES). He is working with the global SES organization to develop membership resources and create a global community for Sales Enablement. Bob has served in OD and sales L&D leadership positions for more than two decades. He brings a business-oriented and metrics-driven set of experiences to Sales Enablement and all general L&D functions. Experienced as a leader in both the military and corporate worlds, he is passionate about developing others into leaders and increasing their performance.

You are welcome to arrive as early as 11:15 to network and get settled prior to the start of the meeting. There is ample free parking in the garage.  You will need to enter at the front of the building and sign-in at security.  From there, you will be escorted to the session.
