Join us for a discussion about the ADDIE Design Model as a structure for designing curriculum. Review key elements of the design model and how to apply in the instructional design process. Share best practices to collaborate with others and build strategies to ensure project success.

About the facilitator:
Cathy Howard currently works at Zebra Technologies as a Channel Sales Enablement and Learning Manager for North America/ Latin America regions. She has experience designing sales training and building learning programs for national and global technology companies. Her projects require her to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to support both employees and external sales partners.
Cathy is an active member of ATD Dallas Chapter, as a Special Interest Group leader for the chapter professional development events. In addition, she serves as the Communications Director for the Sales Enablement Society Dallas Chapter.

All members of Dallas ATD are welcome to attend any SIG any time. All non-members please feel free to join us for up to 2 sessions at a SIG. After 2 sessions, to provide ongoing chapter support to the SIG, you will be expected to join Dallas ASTD by paying the annual dues of $115.
