Adam Boykin has been in the professional development field for ten years. He brings his passion for people to help employees get the best out of their career. Through learning, personal development, and workplace culture, Adam has worked to implement many different programs across the architectural, financial, and consumer industries. Adam received his MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Millicent Martin Poole is a speaker, bestselling author, 2018 AXIS Award Winner, and national Training Director at Marketplace Chaplains where she plans and drives the learning strategy for employees across the US, Canada and Mexico. Millicent also mentors teachers, speakers, human resource professionals and corporate employees who want to land a career in training and development. She earned her MBA from Alabama A&M University and Masters from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Brad White is an executive coach and life coach. As a business leader, Brad has 22 years of experience as the COO of Intuit QuickBooks Training in Dallas, TX. He has a long-term, demonstrable record of executing business strategy, and an intense focus on people growth and leadership. In addition, he has served as a professional speaker and trainer as the CEO of Standing Ovation Enterprises.

All members of Dallas ATD are welcome to attend any SIG any time. All non-members please feel free to join us for up to 2 sessions at a SIG. After 2 sessions, to provide ongoing chapter support to the SIG, you will be expected to join Dallas ASTD by paying the annual dues of $115.
