Rance is a Story Designer. It’s his privilege to serve other talent development professionals in Dallas, the talent development capital of the world. He likes food a lot and enjoys sharing meals with like-minded people…like you!

Bart Castle has been a member of ATD Dallas since 2015. He is a long-time human resources leader and practitioner with a keen interest in developing people he loves sports, dad jokes, and helping share the joy of serving.
