These changing dynamics exposed the need to accelerate the development of new, entry-level professionals critical to the sustainment of the industry. Join us on February 16 for an engaging conversation of how a construction industry company partnered with Interplay Learning to quickly develop new HVAC technicians through an innovative approach to on-the-job training using virtual reality. Then, explore with your colleagues you could leverage a similar approach to transform OJT at your company.

James Garrett: James Garrett manages training at TDIndustries (on Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list for more than two decades). James has more than twenty years’ experience in L&D; working in clinal diagnostics, clinical drug trials and construction. He was an early proponent for the use of eLearning and learning management systems. James has trained globally and led teams of trainers, ID’s, technical writers and software developers. He has a passion for the use of agile methodologies and how good design can enhance the learning experience.
