BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Join us for an insightful webinar where we will tackle the prevalent issue of 'quiet quitting' and explore the distinction between formal training and learning on the job. Anchored in statistics and brought to life with real-world experiences, we will examine the limitations of formal training and highlight the important role of leadership in nurturing employee growth for sustainable success.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1. Examine the current statistics on 'quiet quitters' to understand the scope of disengagement in the workplace and the need for a new approach to employee development.
2. Distinguish between the concepts of training and learning, recognizing how each contributes to employee development within an organization.
3. Use a model to recognize the shortcomings of focusing solely on production and the necessity of embracing development and ownership for long-term growth.
4. Formulate strategies to integrate the principles of a learning mindset, team culture, and organizational support as a guide to create an environment conducive to continuous learning and adaptation.
