Job transitions can be a challenging and emotional journey, whether you're navigating a layoff, deciding to seek new opportunities, facing job rejections, or celebrating the success of landing a new role. Join us for an insightful webinar that will provide you with the tools and strategies needed to stay resilient and motivated throughout your job search.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Karen Clem

Karen Clem is the Vice President of Professional Development for ATD Dallas, where she leads initiatives to advance the skills and knowledge of talent development professionals in the DFW area. With over twenty years of experience in Talent Development across a variety of industries, Karen has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, facilitation, talent strategy development, consulting, coaching, and project management.

Throughout her career, Karen has held leadership roles for more than a decade, guiding teams to success and fostering engagement in diverse working environments. Currently seeking new opportunities, she is navigating her own journey of change and resilience, staying motivated and adaptable during this transitional period.
