Topic: The Six Key Elements of a Successful Coaching Program
Facilitator: Philip Budd, President and CEO of ES OnDemand
While the concepts of coaching or mentoring are multi-faceted involving at least four different constituencies, the overall success of a coaching or mentoring program lies in how it is structured, who is involved, and whether accountability measures are included. This discussion will focus around six key areas of deliberation that will fundamentally set a coaching or mentoring program on a course to success. Philip Budd is President and CEO of ES OnDemand (an online intranet platform focused on knowledge deployment and process automation) and CEO of Manera Group, Inc. where he has studied coaching and mentoring processes and best practices according to the International Coach Foundation culminating the development of an innovative and highly regarded online coaching platform.
