Success Foundations

Tuesday, December 9, 2025 / 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Speaker: Lorea Seidel, M.Ed., SPHR

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Success Foundations is a simple yet powerful process that helps employees adjust to new roles and align quickly with what drives success in their teams and culture. In this interactive session, you’ll explore how to facilitate meaningful, strengths-based conversations that uncover success factors, potential derailers, and cultural goals and issues. You’ll leave with practical techniques to draw out insight, ask powerful questions, and guide employees toward clarity and confidence in their new role.

By the end of this 1-hour session, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the purpose and flow of a Success Foundations Conversation and how it supports employee adjustment and engagement.

2. Apply key facilitation skills—such as inquiry, reflection, and summarizing meaning—to help participants surface success factors and cultural expectations.

3. Use the “Habits” and “Values” tools to generate meaningful dialogue around what enables or hinders success.

4. Identify strategies to tailor Success Foundations Conversations for different career stages or transitions.
