At our November meeting, this 2012 BEST Winner will share what they’ve learned on their journey to creating a highly effective learning organization. Jennifer Large, Vice President , Talent, will provide insights on how Fluor:

Jennifer Large is currently the Vice President, Talent at Fluor Corporation. She is responsible for talent development from an integrated, company-wide perspective including high potential identification, succession planning, executive development, training and development and Fluor University.
Ms. Large has more than 25 years of human resources experience in commercial, governmental, and international operations. She joined Fluor Corporation in June 2008. Prior to joining Fluor, she had 15 years of previous experience in various human resources and talent roles in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction industry, gaining experience in both office and field assignments. She began her career with the U.S. Department of Defense as a Department of Defense civilian in Europe where she had positions of increasing responsibility in Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Heidelberg and Darmstadt, Germany.
Jennifer earned bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin and the University of Maryland, a master’s degree in counseling education from the University of Southern California, and a doctorate in adult education and training management from Nova Southeastern University.
She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband Chuck. They have two grown daughters who live in Atlanta, Georgia.
